50+ Awesome Birthday Freebies you should sign up for!

I posted this list last year letting my followers know about all of the birthday freebies that are out there to claim, this year I decided to give it an update because I've found several more places that offer birthday freebies. If you are single or use some of these places for breakfast/lunch you can go almost a week with a free meal per day. Most of these places are food related but there are a few makeup freebies as well. My birthday is on the 6th so I will include some photos of the freebies I scored!

Here is a list of lots of different places that offer freebies on your birthday! (Note: Several of these will require you to show ID to prove it is your birthday). In order to get all of these freebies you need to be signed up for the newsletters/birthday club/rewards program with your updated birthday, none of these places charge to be part of their programs. You need to be signed up for these programs at least two weeks before your birthday to get some of these.

Glitter Wishes by Kara Giveaway & Review!

My daughters birthday isn't until December but I wanted to get a head start on making plans because it will be here before I know it and if I'm not prepared then I will go crazy from last minute planning. I asked my daughter what she would like as here theme this year and she decided on Frozen which I think is a great theme for her Winter birthday and I know there are lots of Frozen party supplies available but I wanted to search around for some unique party supplies you won't find walking into Party City. The smallest details can really make a party pop, up until recently I hadn't really thought about the birthday candles I always just bought the regular numbers from the grocery store. I found a great etsy shop called Glitter Wishes by Kara who sells custom designed candles to fit any birthday theme.





I want to start by saying that Kara's customer service is fast and quite friendly, I had requested that she ship the candle to where it's delivery would fall between Thur-Saturday as I am home during the day and was afraid the candle might melt if it was left in the AZ heat. She happily sent it so it would arrive on Friday. As you can see in the photo above the candle was neatly wrapped and came in a wax parchment paper to prevent it from getting stuck to the tissue paper. The candle looks great it is completely full of glitter, gem stones and has a large snow flake. My daughter was ecstatic when she seen the candle and I think it will go perfectly with her other party decorations. The candle is large and will stick out well sitting on top of a cake, I will be keeping this to put in her keep sakes box and think it would be a fun idea to buy more customized candles in the future to really tie the party theme together. The candle I received is well decorated and will hold up to being handled a lot on the birthday party day.





Looking for a specific theme? If you message Glitter Wishes by Kara I am sure she would be more than happy to work with you on creating the perfect candle for your party. She offers candles for both boys and girls with themes such as Fire Trucks, Mickey/Minnie mouse, Butterflies and more. All candles range from $8.50 to $17 for double digits, yes it might seem a bit high for a candle but taking into consideration it is custom decorated to fit the party theme and can be kept for a future keepsake I think the price is very reasonable, some of the sets such as the "80's" candle would make a big impact for someone who might not be receiving a big party and will show you went the extra mile to really make their big day special. When it comes to jewelry I like owning jewelry that you can't run to walmart or target to pick up, Who wants to go into a store and see at least ten other people wearing the same thing? (And yes I have been in this type of situation). My number one go to for jewelry that is Unique and suits me is Etsy, Yes a bunch of people can still purchase the same necklace but they aren't mass produced which still makes them unique in my opinion. I recently found a wonderful shop called Life is the Bubbles and I love the jewelry they sell everything is Disney inspired.



I received a speedy little package in the mail which had a small blue gift bag and a beautiful Drink Me Alice in Wonderland Bottle Necklace with Key Charm. I honestly have no idea what they used inside of the bottle they look like very small beads which are fun to watch while twirling the bottle and look stunning with the color choices picked out by Life is the Bubbles. The bottle has a small label that reads "Drink me" which has been securely placed on the bottom, I am 90% sure that unless you used a sharp blade you won't be able to get the label off, the cork on the bottle is also well sealed. The chain was also a nice choice selection from the shop owners, it is sturdy and light weight some chains can be too dainty and can break simply by getting caught in your pony tail and others are so big they are irritating to wear this one is perfect which I just realized also fits perfectly with the just right amount Alice has to use of each potion or mushroom in order to become the right size. I loved this necklace all the way around from the cute heart clasp to the chain and the charm bottle itself, I would 100% purchase from this shop in the future I have a few friends and family members who would love the jewelry sold by Life is the Bubbles. Some of my other favorites from their shop include; Jar of Dirt Necklace and Key Charm Disney Pirates of the Caribbean Jack Sparrow Tia Dalma, Mistress of All Evil Maleficent Magical Necklace with a Dragon Charm and Snow White, Heigh Ho Off to Work Bottle of Magical Diamonds Necklace and Shovel Charm. Their necklaces chains are typically 19 1/2 inches long but if you were looking for something shorter or even longer I am sure they would be more than happy to fix it for you.

I think the best thing about this basket is that the products included weren't the tiny sample sizes like most gift baskets contain it was plenty enough for three people to enjoy. With the large selection of food/snack items include there was something to keep all of us happy it was a pleasure exploring the basket,I think my favorite part aside from the wonderful assortment included is the basket which I am keeping in my room to use for storage,I love the basket. Piggy Paint GIVEAWAY & Review

Every time I paint my nails my daughter always seems to want her nails painted also but with the chemicals & harsh smells in nail polish I don't like the idea of it being on her fingers since she sticks them in her mouth,near her eyes ect that Is why I love a company called Piggy Paint. The first color we tested out was the Sleep over it looked adorable & on every other one we added Glitter bug on top my daughter loved it. The description on their website is absolutely true "dries to a hard, durable finish" though you do have to have them sit still long enough so that the nails have time to dry,My daughter is quite the wiggle bug. I have also used this nail polish on my own nails it dries fast,stays on my nails & doesn't have a harsh scent. My favorite thing about this product is that if it gets on the floor,furniture or her skin it doesn't matter because it just washed off with soap & water. I love this product & plan on buying more of their colors for my daughter that way we can do each nail a different color!
