Dee's Incredibows Review!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Dee's Incredibows for the review free of charge.****
My daughter and I both enjoy wearing hair bows so I am always on the look for cute bows that fit two things; one they are well made and two they fit our interests. At one of the local malls there is a store that is nothing but hair accessories and jewelry, there is an entire wall of bows but none of them really stood out because lets face it mass produced products aren't always the best way to go. When I am looking for something that is high quality when it comes to materials and looks I like going the handmade route. A hair accessory shop recently caught my eye and I absolutely love called Dee's Incredibows.

Dee's Incredibows sells an assortment of bows based off Disney characters, Harry Potter, and more, for my review I went the Superhero route. I was sent three Superhero bows which are the Green Arrow, Captain America and Wonder Woman and each one really represents the character it is based off of. Each bow has a lot of dimension to it which really makes it stand out when being worn, I was actually a little surprised when I received them because at first they seemed a little thick looking at them from a side view but it actually doesn't make much of a difference when viewing it from how it would sit in your hair so I ended up like how big they because it gives them volume.

There are five different clips to select from when purchasing your bows, I selected alligator clips and I am quite happy with my choice. The bows are light weight and don't pull on my hair when I go to remove them which is a bonus. The bows range in price from $5 for a mini bow to $7.50 for an adult sized bow, shipping was quick and everything was packaged well not only was it packaged to keep it from getting smashed during shipping but it looked quite presentable as well and was ready for gifting. The shop owner really too the time to think about what types of ribbons and embellishments that work best for each character. Head over using the link at the start of this post to see Dee's Incredibows she offers a large selection of bows with dozens of characters available, if you don't see your favorite character you can request a custom bow.

Truth be told I've never been huge into buying lottery or scratcher tickets, but when I was offered to participate in helping promote the new scratcher ticket for the Arizona Lottery I decided to participate because the new tickets sound pretty neat. Tickets are being sold for $5 each.

I do enjoy going to concerts, I've been to more than I can count and to the point where I can only remember half of the opening acts for the bands I went to see. What are the prizes? Shiny Sky rainBOWS Review & Giveaway!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Shiny Sky RainBOWS for the review & giveaway free of charge.****

Normally when I go to work I put my hair up in a pony tail, it helps keep my hair out of my face while I am working and I don't have to worry about straightening it every morning/night (My hair is naturally a giant frizz ball) but it can get a little boring wearing just a regular pony tail everyday so I like to spice it up by wearing hair clips, headbands, etc. I like bows that show things I like, colors, themes, etc and my daughter is the same way with bows so when I saw the fun and bright bows based off of various Disney characters and other inspirations that Shiny Sky RainBOWS sells I knew my daughter would fall in love with them immediately. Shop owner May was kind enough to agree to a review and giveaway here on my blog.

Every piece in her shop is handmade by her and some take longer than others, for example her Disney Tangled Rapunzel inspired headband is hand sewn and takes eight hours to create one crown. That is a lot of time and dedication put into each piece and it really shows in the quality of work. For my review I received a Ariel inspired mermaid hair bow. The bow is large and thick but it is light weight and has a large alligator clip (You get to select if you want a clip or headband when checking out). The Mermaid bow features green glittery scale fabric, a star fish, and a cute pink little flower that looks like a sea plant. I like the type of alligator clip the shop owner used because the part that goes into your hair comes down into a paint with a little round tip that makes it easier to maneuver into your hair and it doesn't pull any hairs as it is being put in or being pulled out. My daughter is quite happy with this bow, she likes how big it is because she says she feels like a Disney princess or a cartoon character. When the light reflects off of the Mermaid scales the whole bow shines and gives it an appearance as if she just walked out of the ocean and her bow is still wet and sparkling in the sun. The retail of this bow is $11.99 and makes a great addition to your Disneyland/world attire for your next park trip. With my review bow I was also sent two products to use to host a giveaway, those two products are a Disney Dole Whip inspired hair bow and a Lollipop hair band both of which are quite charming and make me feel like I am back at Disneyland which is one of my favorite places to be.

The Dole Pineapple is on a alligator clip and it is light weight with a felt backing and shiny glitter on the front, and the lollipop is twisted/rolled fabric that looks like like one of the giant lollipops kids like to get and it is on a white silk headband. The retail value of the Dole clip is $10.99 and the Lollipop headband is $11.75. Not only does Shiny Sky RainBOWS sell bows but she also sells Mouse ear headbands and Jessie the cowgirl inspired small hats. All three items were packed with care to keep them from getting crushed during shipping and the shop owner made sure to check in to make sure the package arrived on time. May is quite sweet, she responds quickly and she sells products that are high quality and worth purchasing, they are better quality than a large portion of store bought bows I've had in the past.

Prize Alert:
One lucky winner is going to win the Disney Dole Whip inspired hair bow and a Lollipop hair band.

Daily Goodie Box Review!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Daily Goodie Box for the review free of charge.****

Do you wish you could received a box of free samples you could test out but you don't have a blog of your own? A website called Daily Goodie Box is the answer for you, it is a free sample website that anyone can join and participate in. You do not have to pay any shipping costs and no credit card is required. I've joined similar sites and generally the availability of your box will be based on your profile answers, for example if they have cat food samples but you have no cat then there would be no need for you to receive that sample.

Daily Goodie Box offered to send me a goodie box in exchange of reviewing their site, and I quite enjoyed the box I was sent. I sorted the products from the box into two separate photos, one is food items and the other is non-food items.

The thing I like most about the box I received is I've only tried products from one of these companies in the past which is Tiger Balm otherwise all of these brands are new to me. I am also impressed with the amount of products that were included in this box and that a few of them are full sized products. After you have tried out each product you can head back to the website and leave a review for each item, after you finish writing a review for each product you are eligible to receive more boxes! I am currently filling out my reviews on the site as we speak and if I am able to get another box I will be sharing the contents here with all of you.  Along with sending out sample boxes they also have a mail center where they will send you specials and offers from partner companies who are looking for people to do reviews, take surveys, etc. Overall I am pretty happy with this sample box and would say it is one of the better boxes I've received form this type of website, plus it is free to join so it is a win-win I highly suggest checking out the website for yourself.

Parragon Book Buddies Review!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by for the review free of charge.****

What time is it? Mail Time! I love that time of the month when I hear a knock at my door and open it to be greeting by a big brown box with a large purple sticker that reads "PaRragon" because it means that my monthly Book Buddies box has arrived. Each month I receive a box of either books or activity books for my kids to enjoy and review on my blog. What was in the May box? See below to find out and read a bit about each one.

Disney Moana Choose Your Destiny & Moana Born to Voyage; I have actually received both of these books for review in the past and they are both fun interactive books. Each one not only has many of the lovable characters from the story but there are also fun activities, stickers and more plus each one comes with a free Disney digital storybook.

Justice League Magical Story; This is a hard cover story book that features a embossed tin cover image that sits into the front cover. The book is 32 pages long and goes over the adventure of the Justice League protecting the world from being enslaved by the alien conqueror Starro. The story is good and will keep your child's attention and the artwork is well drawn.

4000 Stickers Under The Sea; This is a thick sticker and activity book that includes 4000 sea creature stickers, most of them are small square stickers but there are large sea creature shaped stickers as well. This book has mazes, finish filling in pages, connect the dot and more.

Doodle and Draw, Spots, Stripes and Squiggles; Out of the activity books I received is the best one for small kids, the images are large enough to color in that it makes it easy for your child to stay within the lines and it gives your child easy tasks to do such as coloring by dot color, finishing patterns and more. I like the thickness of the cover to this book, it feels like it is pretty sturdy and would be good for taking to a doctors appointment or on a road trip.

Smiley, Crazy, Happy; This is a fun Emoticon inspired sticker activity book, it offers dozens of stickers that feature different emoticons and no I did not see any poop emojis. This book is very phone oriented, it shows screen shots of texts that it asks you to translate into the proper emoji. It offers a lot of different activities and it has a ton of stickers included.

Know Your Knots; This unique and educational activity kit is great for both boys and girls of all ages, even adults will be able to find this quite useful. The kit comes with two different sized ropes, one is a bit thicker than the other and it also has a book that teaches you how to master various knots and tells you how to use them. In total I counted 16 different knots in the book and they have it separated into three sections: Multipurpose knots, Life-support knots and Boating knots.

Professor Murphy's Marble Mania; This is our favorite item in this months Book Buddies box. It comes with a bag of marbles, card board game pieces and a book showing you how to set each game up and it explains the rules. You can play a maze, pinball or many other games! Want to see the Pinball game? Stop by my Instagram page I will be adding a short clip of it in action.

Townleygirl Play-Doh Bath Products Review & Giveaway!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Townleygirl for the review & giveaway free of charge.****

My son is a huge fan of Play-doh, it can keep him entertained for hours and he also loves taking baths so he was pretty happy to hear Townleygirl made a moldable soap that looks like Play-doh. If you would have told me a few years ago you would be able to play with Play-doh in the bathtub and not end up with stains or a clogged drain from the clay like product I don't think I would have believed you, but Townleygirl has made it possible for all Play-doh lovers. For a recent review we received a Play-Doh Bath 3-in-1 Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash Formula and a Play-Doh Bath 5 Pack Moldable Soap Set. Both sets are available on their website or I've seen them at Walmart as well.

Play-Doh Bath 5 Pack Moldable Soap Set: The moldable soap set contains five colors include purple, blue, orange, green and pink, each square is about 3" x 3" and sells for $3.99 per set. The soap is just like Play-doh, you can roll it, mold it, squish it and shape it to create anything you can think of like the flower shown above. Each color is supposed to have it's own scent but to the kids and I they all pretty much smell the same and my kids aren't a fan of the scent but they do think the moldable soap is neat.

When the Play-doh soap gets wet it doesn't dissolve right away, instead it just gets a little slimy which makes it fun to squish between your fingers and can help you mold the Play-doh soap better. You can can use it both wet and dry, the flower above was made when the Play-doh soap was dry. It is easy to roll, squish, mold and sculpt. The play-doh sticks to itself well so I am sure you could even sculpt an animal or two. Each color has it's own container that seals up tightly to keep the soap from drying out and it is easy to get back out each time you want to use the soaps.

Play-Doh Bath 3-in-1 Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash Formula: This set is designed to look like three Play-doh containers stacked up on top of each other. My son was pretty confused at first trying to get the containers apart until I explained to him that it was just for looks. The 3-in-1 is scented like Watermelon. It has a good consistency and seems to really help get the kids clean. This also sells for $3.99 per bottle.

Prize Alert:
One lucky winner is going to win the Moldable soap set & One lucky winner is going to win the 3-on-1 set.

This is open to US/CAN Residents only! Please remember if you DO NOT leave a comment on this blog post as your mandatory entry into the giveaway then all of your entries will be void. Georgia Charms Cosmetics Giveaway & Review!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Georgia Charms Cosmetics for the review & giveaway free of charge.****
Life can be stressful so it is nice to have one or more ways to relax and unwind after a stressful or just an eventful day. One of the best ways for me to unwind is with a relaxing hot bath before bed, I get to just sit and not worry about anything I just kind of drift away for a little while and the hot water helps me sleep better at night since I don't go to bed stressed out. What would make the bath even better? Bath bombs, bubbles and other bath goods. I am excited to share that I received the chance to work with a great Etsy shop called Georgia Charms Cosmetics and I was able to test out a number of products from her line, plus I have not one but two different giveaways to share with my readers.

For my review I was sent a Harry Potter charm golden snitch bath bomb, Love spell rainbow Unicorn horn bubble bar, Dr. who Tardis bubble bar,A unicorn bath bomb, A Lord Of The Rings surprise ring bath bomb, Cup 'o Joe face mask, cupcake'd face mask and salty sea face/body scrub. I had mentioned that several of my blog readers had mentioned being fans of GOT and although I am not a fan myself I would be interested in hosting a giveaway with one of the products for my fans who do enjoy the show, so the store owner sent me a GOT bath bomb to giveaway + an extra Dragon charm for me! All of the products have unique and distinct scents from each other, my favorite was the Golden snitch bath bomb it smelled divine and I loved still being able to smell it the next day while I was at work because the scent was so nice. I also really love the smell of the love spell bubble bar and the salty sea scrub which I wish I had more of.

Bath Bombs:  All three of the bath bombs I received for review smell great, they aren't over powering but are strong enough they make the water and your skin scented which I like because I get to still smell the bath bomb even after getting out of the bath. I did notice the LOTR bath bomb did leave my tub looking a little green but after washing it out it went away. I was nervous to use the Golden Snitch bath bomb at first because it is coated with gold glitter and I wasn't sure how the glitter was going to be. I am happy to say that I did not get out of my tub covered in glitter and it actually turned out to be my favorite of the three bath bombs I received. Each bath bomb has some kind of surprise in it, the LOTR has "the ring" inside of it in one of three colors and happens to be one of the only jewelry surprise bombs/candles I've received where the ring actually fits. The Golden snitch had a Harry potter charm and the Unicorn bath bomb has a unicorn charm in it!

Want to see the bath bombs in action? Visit my Instagram page and click on the videos of the bath bombs being dropped into the tub.

Bubble Bars: These bubble bars are bubble bath in solid form which have been pressed into various shapes such as a tardis or a Unicorn horn. To use them you have to break them apart in your bath tub, some bubble bars you only need to use a portion but I like using the whole thing. Out of the two the love spell unicorn horn was my favorite because it smelled like sweet tarts and it was also my fiance's favorite smell wise.

Face Masks/Scrub: I wasn't a huge fan of the Cupcake'd mask, it didn't really sit as well as I would have liked and the scent was a bit off for me. The Cup 'o joe really does smell like a cup of coffee in the morning and the texture of the mask is helpful for getting rid of dirt and unwanted dead skin. The salty sea face/body scrub was my favorite of the three, my skin was left feeling and looking amazing plus it smells really good.

Prize Alert:
I have two prizes up for grabs, the first is a bath set that comes with a Game of Thrones inspired bath bomb, a Hufflepuff house bath bomb, a Dumbledore bath bar and a sample of the Cup 'O Joe face mask.

The second is for a Harry Potter sorting house bath bomb

Stickers For You All Review & Giveaway

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Stickers For You All for the review & giveaway free of charge.****
It seems silly but for the longest time I refused to put any stickers on my car. Why? It isn't because I don't like the way it looked, instead I thought it was bad luck. My first two cars I owned completely broke down on me and seemed to be right after I put car decals on them, I do admit though the first car I ever owned was a huge lemon and I learned a huge lesson we only owned the car for two weeks before having to get rid of it. I've had my current car long enough and keep up with the maintenance well enough I know it will last for quite some time so I decided to finally add a few decals. I have a Batman decal & Autobot decal we got in the prize section at Dave & Busters and now I have an adorable Baby Groot Decal. Baby Groot was made by etsy shop "Stickers for you all".

Even though it was placed inside of a foam sleeve the decal still ended up a little damaged from it's trip to my, however I don't think this is the sellers fault and let her know about what happened. She let me know she is going to switch up how she ships to help prevent it from happening again. The little bit of the scuff to Groots eye mostly smoothed out during application and you can't even tell anything was ever wrong since you don't look at it up close.

The application process was easy, after cleaning my window and letting it dry I peeled the backing off of the decal and made sure everything looked even before placing it onto the glass. As I was applying this to the glass I used a store card to help me smooth out the decal as I was going along, then I peeled the back off gently and admired tiny Groot on my window. The decal is well made, it is bright and it looks great on my window. It comes in a number of colors and sizes, the smallest size is only $2.90 for a decal and the largest which is 6.2" x 3.5" is $6.50 which is very reasonable. The store owner is very friendly, responses quickly and offers a lot of great products.

PRIZE ALERT:
One lucky winner is going to win $10 worth of products from Stickers For All You, winners choice of products.

MaryquiZe Arts Review & Giveaway!

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by MaryquizeArts for the review & giveaway free of charge.****
Sending and receiving postcards and cards in the mail is always a lot of fun, and when you mix postcards with beautiful art work it makes the experience even better because the person receiving the postcard gets to show it off. I recently found MaryquiZe Arts on Etsy and I don't think there is a single card in her shop that I dislike, everyone is full of color and life. Along with postcards MaryquiZe Arts also sells digital prints and "Fantastic Beasts & Where to find them" card decks. For my review I receive a stack of various post cards from her shop, as you can see below.

All of the prints are digitally hand drawn by store owner Mary and then printed onto a 4x6 postcard. Each card is quite detailed and looks magnificent, she put a lot of time into creating each one and it makes me wonder how long each picture takes creating it digitally since there are so many strokes for the fur, grass, etc on the different cards. She offers an assortment of Harry Potter themed post cards along with several different animal prints, and custom pet portraits. Depending on how the light hits the postcard they look more 3D than a flat image, Mary is truly remarkable when it comes to creating her digital art work.

The postcards are $1 each and many are sold in sets, you can hardly even find a deal that good in the local stores for something that is unique and beautiful. Shipping is $3-5 depending on how many cards you are buying and shipping on digital prints is free. The postcards were packaged carefully and were in perfect condition when they arrived, seeing as how they shipped all the way from the Ukraine to the USA she even added signature requirement so that she could make sure they arrived when they were supposed to and everything arrived quickly. On the back of every card you will find space to write a note, lines for the address and a place for a stamp along with the shop owners social media links. The card stock used to make these is thick enough the cards won't get damaged during the mailing process but are light enough they won't require additional postage. There are too many cards in the stack I receive to display them all here without creating a rather long post so if you'd like to see more please visit my Instagram page (linked on the sidebar of my blog) or click on the shop link above to see everything this artist offers.

PRIZE ALERT:
One lucky reader is going to win the set of four Fantastic Beasts & Where to find them postcards shown above.
