LootCrate March '16 - Versus

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by LootCrate for the review free of charge.****

It is time for one of my favorite posts, my monthly LootCrate review! The March theme was 'Verses' and it came with a decent amount of goodies, like all fandoms I enjoy some and the others not so much but I generally find I like at least half of each LootCrate I receive which I think is a pretty good percentage.

This months crate included the monthly collectable pin which is wonderfully made, they stepped up the pin game this year and the pins look 10 times better than they did before plus you can unlock Bonus loot with your monthly pin. This month Domestic Looters received a rental courtesy of VUDU of either Aliens or Predator, and International Looters received a AVP Three World War from ComiXology. Below you can see a comparison of the new pins (left, it is sitting on the card board backing) and the old pins (right) to see how far they've come, the old ones were just little round pins that had flimsy pins on the back. The new pins are metal and quite sturdy with a solid straight pin on the back, plus they are no longer round now they are in various shapes. The March boxes came with the pin shown below or the same one but gold.

The March box also came with a Mirror Mirror T-shirt, I am not a Star Trek fan so this item I wasn't excited about but I know some people were very excited to get it. I know I state it often but for those who may not have read my past reviews I want to note again that the shirts run small I would order one size larger than you normally wear or it might not fit. One of the products in this box I was pretty excited about was the Exclusice DareDevil/Punisher reversible beanie because I like both characters plus the hat looks great and is very comfortable. The crate also included a Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice Mighty Wallet, A Alien VS Predator 4.5 inch mystery figure, and A Exclusive Harely Quinn comic book.

LootCrate ships to the US,Canada,The United Kingdom and Australia. Loot Crate is $13.95 a month [plus $6 S/H] the site guarantees $30+ worth of goodies in your box You can sign up for just a one time box or you can sign up for 6 months to a years worth of boxes & you can use the code “LunaMoon10” you will receive 10% off of your purchase price. What do you think might be in Next months box?

Blue Agave Creations Giveaway!

**** This is not a paid post, This is a promotional post in exchange for the giveaway products for my fans. All promotional information and photos was pulled from the sponsor website.****

Originally when I started my blog I started out as a crafting blog, at the time I was running my Etsy shop called Burning Moon and I sold jewelry along with other fun products. I've featured a number of other Etsy shops along side my reviews of bigger companies and from time to time I like to post Etsy shop content to bring back the roots on this blog and to help out small shops just getting their start or their foot in the door so to speak. Today I want to share a Etsy shop called Blue Agave Creations which is based in Arizona.

Blue Agave Creations sells an assortment of Jewelry which includes living lockets and fun bracelets, they are still fairly new so they don't have a ton listed in their shop at the moment but if you keep an eye on the shop they will be coming out with more listings soon! So far the products they do have are pretty cute and can all be customized which is something I always appreciate when it comes to jewelry. Blue Agave Creations is run by a young woman named T.J who is a mom to a handsome little boy and step-mom to two beautiful little girls, when she isn't creating jewelry or spending time with her kids she works full time in a day-care. To help get things started and bumping for her because I know how hard it is being a full time mom, working full time and trying to start your dream of owning your own small shop I agreed to host this giveaway for her and hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy hosting giveaways. Blue Agave Creations will be expanding and offering blankets, burp rags and more in the future.

Giveaway Alert:
Blue Agave Creations will be giving away two prizes, The Grand Prize winner will receive a
ASUS ZENPAD Z170C-A1-BK 7" 16 GB Tablet + $25 Amazon Gift Card and one lucky runner up will receive a Living locket bracelet which includes the locket, a multi-chain bracelet and 2 charms of your choosing.

Win a Ulta bag packed with beauty samples!

Product samples can be a blessing is disguise, with food they can help you find delicious new things you want to pick up or they can save you from buying something that doesn't agree with your taste buds. Costco is one of my favorite places to pick up some of my groceries because they have sample days, I've found a few great things I ended up buying and I also received the chance to try one or two things I contemplated buying and decided against it once I tasted it. When it comes to makeup product samples can help you find new must have favorites for your makeup collection and they help weed out the duds that would have been money wasters.

I am a big fan of sample products and have grown quite the collection from visiting Bridal shows and local events that give out beauty samples, and I want to share some of these goodies with you. I've put together a grab bag of product samples with a few full sized products thrown in for one of my lucky readers and it comes in a cute pink Ulta makeup bag!

This grab bag includes a little bit of everything, there is shampoo & conditioner samples, makeup samples, perfume samples, nail product samples and even some clip in hair extensions. Everything is brand new and ranges from sample size to full size, there are too many items to list so it will be a surprise goodie bag aside from what you can see in the photos above. There are 14+ products in this goodie bag and you never know how many more could be added between now and the end date for this giveaway.

This giveaway is open world wide, don't forget to use the daily entries to raise your chances at winning this lovely sample packed bag. Want to know who won the Spa Finder gift card + goodie bag? Keep an eye on my facebook page the winner will be announced there within the next 24 hours.

LootCrate February '16 Review

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by LootCrate for the review free of charge.****

It is time again to share the latest LootCrate box with all of my lovely readers. Normally I avoid spoilers for what the next month's theme will be but I couldn't help myself when I heard a rumor the February box could contain Deadpool gear and sure enough the theme for February was "Dead" and it showed Deadpool sitting down posing with a skull in hand. I was pretty excited for the 19th to arrive so that I would get my shipping notification email letting me know my goods were on the way.

When I arrived home from work I spotted the LootCrate box sitting on my porch and I couldn't wait to get inside and open it, I had a busy day that day running errands but I made sure to put aside a few extra minutes to open this right away. As soon as it was opened I could tell it was a treasure trove of Awesome.

The first thing I spotted when I opened my box was a Deadpool figure and a Deadpool shirt, and as always as a note before I go any further please keep in mind the LootCrate shirts seem to run a bit small so if you are considering subscribing order a shirt one size larger than you normally wear. The figure came in two colors, most crates had the traditional Red Deadpool but a few had a rare White suit Deadpool. As you can see above I received the red Deadpool who is fiercely adorable and now lives on my computer desk along side my Yahtzee Claptrap.

LootCrate has made it to where everyone who received the February box doesn't have to worry about dropping the soap anymore by providing everyone soap on a rope. What makes this soap on a rope more unique than the others? It is in the shape of Daryl Dixon's ear necklace from The Walking Dead season 2's episode titled "Chupacabra". This crate also included a Walking Dead big head figure in a blind pack, I received Rick. The figure is somewhat adorable but not enough to get past it being a pain in the butt, for the life of me I could not get him to stand still even with the stand he came with because he was too top heavy and kept falling over. The box also included the monthly pin and I have to say I am absolutely loving these updated pins they look 100% better than the older version of the collectible pins.

Brick Swag Jan '16 Review.

****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by Brick Swag for the review free of charge.****

When I was a kid one of my favorite things at my Grandmothers house was the giant box of assorted Lego's she had for all the grand-kids to play with. I had a lot of male cousins who received Lego sets for Birthdays, Christmas, etc. which got added to the box as they got older which meant more Lego's for me to play with. My kids are now old enough that they are interested in Lego's as well so once we buy one of the small packs from the store and put it together we then add it to one big storage container which then gets used to build what ever comes to mind.

One of my favorite things about Lego's is that you can build anything you put your mind to, you aren't restricted to just one design or one project because you can rip it apart and start over again on something new and just as exciting as the first project you put together. A company called Brick Swag wants to make Lego's even more exciting with their Brick Builders Club monthly subscription box that comes with lego's, and lego themed goodies.

Each month you will receive a small red box in the mail that is hard to miss because it looks like a giant Lego piece! In that box you will find a T-shirt, Trading cards, a mini poster, a Brick Swag branded Lego piece and 1-2 bags of Lego's which have a challenge or project that go with them. Each box also includes a monthly mini magazine that shows building ideas, information on up coming Lego events & more. This subscription box is $26 a month plus S&H if you subscribe to just one month, or $20 if you subscribe for a year. If you are or have a big Lego fan in the family this subscription box is worth the cost, between the T-shirt and the Lego's you will make up for the money spent. If you take a photo of you with your Brick Swag you will receive the chance to be featured in their monthly Brick mag which will be seen by all of their subscribers.

What do you think of the January Brick Swag box?
