Joancee has jewelry for every style!

 

I love when jewelry brands carry something for all different tastes and styles, which is why I really enjoy the wide selection Joancee Jewelry offers. Back in November, I reviewed one of their amethyst rings and I get compliments on it all the time from strangers who notice it out in public. I was very excited when Joancee offered me a chance to work with them again. This time around I wanted to pick out something that my matched how I normally dress which is mostly in all black. Today I will be sharing a lovely ring set with you along with a gorgeous necklace. 

They offer two different Bat necklaces that I was drawn to, so while it was a hard choice, I decided to go with the Halloween Heart cut white sapphire 925 sterling silver Bat necklace. This necklace features a small bat made from sterling silver with a black plating and has a large heart shaped white sapphire in the center with a pop of smaller sapphires lining the wings. It is currently priced at $69.85 & will arrive in a box that is perfect for gifting, if you are buying it for a loved one. I like how light weight this necklace is & that it sits in place without moving around a lot requiring it to be adjusted. The bat itself is just the right size, it isn't large enough that it will be poking you, but is still large enough to be noticed when worn. It is quite eye catching, I think this has made a great addition to my jewelry collection. 

Next up is the ring set! The ring I selected this time around was the Round cut 925 sterling silver black sapphire 3 piece ring set. This gorgeous ring set features two sterling silver bands that each have thirteen tiny black sapphires and a third band that has one larger black sapphire in a setting in the middle with smaller black sapphires on the sides. This set is currently priced at $114.95 and just like the necklace will arrive in a ready to gift box. I love that you can stack the rings or you can wear them on separate fingers. I really liked the two bands with just the smaller sapphires & my daughter liked the band with the larger stone, so she currently is wearing that band and I have the other two stacked together on my finger. They can also be mixed & matched with other bands. The rings are comfortable to wear, they do not irritate my fingers , they are light weight and the stones do not easily catch on anything. The ring set is quit lovely & would make a wonderful gift to yourself or to a loved one. 

Not everyone is a fan of black stones, but as I mentioned they have a wide range of jewelry that includes stones of almost every color. They have nature inspired jewelry like a beautiful hummingbird necklace, or butterfly earrings. I was recently offered a change to work with the jewelry company Love & Crafted that I couldn't pass up! Groove Life now has a Guy Harvey line of rings!

 

Groove Life recently released a new ring line called the Guy Harvey line featuring five wonderful sea themed rings based off of his paintings & drawings. My favorite out of the five is the Tropical Turtle thing ring featuring several cute sea turtles. All of the rings in this collection sell for $34.95 each and will arrive in a nice black tin with black interior that is ready to gift (or keep for yourself). 

The ring has a mixture of blues, greens and yellows along with some browns in the turtles shell. The ring has a almost matte finish to it that I do wish was glossy instead as it would help you see the turtles a little bit better against the colorful background. However the ring is still quite cute and I like how it looks. Each ring is breathable, light weight and made to move with you, instead of being a solid hard ring they have a little bit of flexibility to them. One of the other nice things about this ring is that Groove Life has a No BS lifetime warranty that allows you to replace your ring if anything does happen to it (you can find out more info on their warranty policy on their website). 

It is comfortable to wear & is safe to get wet so you won't need to take if off when washing your hands, in the shower, etc. The thin version of this ring is perfect for stacking with other thin rings from their other collections to show off your own personal style. 

They also recently added several new belts to their belt collections! The belts they sell have a magnetic front clasp which means no more adjusting your belt every time you need to put it on, instead you'll only need to adjust it once. The belt buckle snaps and locks into place using a strong magnet and two small clips, to unclasp it you will simply push both sides separate ways to unhook the two claps then lift the top half of the belt buckle off. We were able to get our hands on the Krptek Typhon Men's camo belt buckle belts and we love how it looks! The magnet feels like it has a good pull on it which hopefully lasts for quite sometime. 

The belt works similar to how you would tighten and untighten a strap to a backpack, it simply loops around the belt buckle with a band that holds the end of the belt into place. It is easy to adjust, then as mentioned you won't have to adjust it again after that! The buckle is easy to maneuver through your belt loops (on most pants) and it is quite comfortable to wear. Groove Life Rings Review & Giveaway!

Depending on your occupation wearing a traditional metal ring may not be the best option, some allergies also make it impossible to wear certain metals, which is where silicone rings come into play. My husband works in a field where he works with his hands often and rings we've tried in the past dig into his hand leaving behind a bump where a callus starts to build, so we started to look for a new ring. Since his ring is his wedding ring that he will be wearing all the time he wanted something that is comfortable and doesn't rub his finger raw so we decided to test out a silicone ring from Groove Life. The wedding ring I had lost two of the side stones over the last two years so I decided to replace it with a ring from Groove Life as well.

Groove Life has over a dozen beautiful rings to choose from, some have a single color and others are more detailed. For the review I picked out the women's Aspire - Aurora silicone wedding ring and my husband selected the men's Black pearl metallic ring.

The Black Pearl Metallic ring ($29.95) really does look metallic in the light, it has a little bit of a sheen to it which looks lovely. I did notice on the ring my husband received that it did have a small ring of what looked like extra silicone around one ridge of the ring, it has slowly been coming off on it's own. You can see it a little in the first photo above, however I think it is just the way it came out of the mold and it should be easy to file off the extra. Otherwise there are no issues with the ring, my husband says it is comfortable to wear, it dries quickly when it gets wet and it stays in place thanks to the helpful grooves on the inside of the ring which also make it breathable so your finger doesn't get all sweaty under the band.

My Aspire - Aurora ring ($34.95) is gorgeous, the photos of it look pretty great but it looks even better in person.One side of the ring has a bit more blues and the other has more greens, so you can turn it to look different each time you show it off. The ring features mountain ranges and a night sky that resembles the aurora borealis. I know I should have my ring faced the other way so when I show it off the person looking at it can get a better view, however I love admiring the ring so I point it towards myself. I agree with my husband that these rings are extremely comfortable to wear, you can't even tell you are wearing it! If you do need to or want to remove it, the ring comes off with gentle wiggling, otherwise it stays in place with the inside grooves. I also like how flexible the ring is. If anything ever does happen to your ring they offer a lifetime warranty, plus if you order the wrong size they offer free exchanges.

Anyone who knows me personally knows I don't typically wear a ton of jewelry, usually it is my engagement ring and sometimes earrings and a necklace, but if I find something I really love I will wear it often. I recently came across an Etsy shop called All Animal Jewelry and when I spotted their Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin ring I thought it looked fun, whimsical and festive. Halloween is my favorite holiday so I think that is part of what drew me into wanting this ring. Shop owners Tom O & Lisa O. Voelker were kind enough to agree to let me host a review and giveaway as one of my Halloween related features this year.

They sell the ring cast in three different materials; Sterling Silver, Rose Gold & Gold and offers sizes 3-13 including half sizes. For my review I received a Sterling Silver ring in a size 8.5. The ring arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully, when I opened the box I was greeted by cute dragonfly tissue paper, candies, a small Hematite and the box containing my ring. There was another goodie surprise in the ring box as well! The ring was in an adorable black bag with stars on it and there was a small sand dollar in the box too, everything arrived in perfect condition. 

I absolutely love this ring, I received the ring on Monday and aside from moving it from my left hand to my right I haven't taken it off since it arrived. The main reason I don't usually wear rings other than my engagement ring is because most rings are too bulky for me, and I don't like how they rub on my other ringers while I am working. I do not have that issue with this ring, it is light weight yet extremely sturdy and you can hardly even tell you are wearing it.The size fits just right, it is tight enough it doesn't slip off my finger but it has enough wiggle room that I can spin the ring on my finger when I get bored waiting in line, at work, etc which is nice because it is kind of like a fidget ring that way. 

Have you ever had a ring that has a band so thin and unstable it starts bending out of shape? You won't have that issue with this ring! It is crafted quite well and is very strong. The ring is 100% sterling silver, none of that silver coated stuff some shops try to pass off as the real thing so you don't need to worry about taking this off to shower or wash your hands because sterling silver does not leave that green ring on your finger like the fake stuff does. One of my favorite things about this ring is that the pumpkins are not uniform, they are different shapes, have different stems and more because as we all know pumpkins in real life don't look exactly alike. So far it has not managed to get caught on anything like my clothing, my hair, etc and the stems haven't poked into my finger since it sits pretty flush with my skin. I don't really see myself taking this ring off anytime soon, even when it is not Halloween I will still be wearing this I enjoy it so much. The ring varies in price depending on the size and type of material you select, my ring in sterling silver size 8.5 costs $75 plus shipping. Not a fan of pumpkins? I only own one ring which is my engagement ring but I have been wanting to get more so I started searching around which is when I found Letters Earring on etsy. Letters Earring offers rings, earrings, Bracelets, Anklets and necklaces in both gold and silver they have dozens of options to choose from but the one that caught my eye was the Batman; Open Bat Symbol ring in silver.



I was recently sent a silver open bat symbol ring for review purpose here on my blog, Seeing as it shipped from South Korea it has a speedy shipping time. The ring arrived in an adorable small blue box with a bow on top, the ring was in perfect condition. The ring is light weight, the band is thin but sturdy usually with rings with a band this thin you can "smush" between your fingers and make the band bend but that isn't the case with this ring. The bat symbol itself is filed down and polished to make sure none of the edges are sharp and prevent it from catching on anything such as clothing or hair which would cause issues and possible injuries. The ring I received fits my pinky finger  perfectly I have been wearing it since I received it and have had no issues with it slipping off,catching on anything or bugging me in anyway it is a cute and simple design that fits my personality. The ring sells for $13.80 plus shipping and handling in the Letters Earring etsy shop you can choose from a silver or gold ring, please not this ring only comes in a size 6.5 US sizing. I will personally be coming back to their shop when I feel like buying more jewelry I love a few dozen of the items they sell everything is dainty and adorable which is just the way I like it. Since it is made from ceramic I can wear it while I shower or wash my hands without having to worry about my finger turning green or the ring rusting. The ring is also very durable I work as a cashier which means I use my hands constantly & they do get hit up against hard objects a lot while working I have never once had a fear that this ring was going to break,chip or get any scratches. I like thinner rings that don't take up a large portion of my finger so I was happy that I was able to choose my own width for the ring it turned out perfect! When looking for a ring I always make sure to take how durable & sturdy they are into consideration. I do a lot with my hands so a ring that breaks easily isn't something I am interested in buying so I was quite excited to receive the chance to review a Flat Titanium Ring with Three Stripes from a company called Titanium Buzz.

This ring is very sturdy if your husband works with his hands a lot & frequently ends up hitting the back of his hand while working the ring will be perfectly fine. In the past I owned a ring that wasn't the most well made ring when my hand collided with the register on work on accident the rings gem popped out & the ring didn't have smooth rounded edges like the Titanium Ring with Three Stripes does & it ended up cutting into my finger leaving me with a nasty cut for two weeks. I used to hate wearing jewelry up until a few years ago,Why?
