The weather has finally broken and started to cool, it is so nice not walking outside into blistering heat or burning myself on the steering wheel of my car anymore. I much prefer jacket season, the weather is fantastic and I get to pull out all of my favorite cardigans & fuzzy slipper socks. The first of my two favorite holidays has passed, which is sad seeing all of the Halloween décor being taken down, but it will soon be my second favorite holiday, Christmas!

I’ve started decorating my apartment with my roommates! We’re all big on the holidays, so we’ve put up lights and bought like 4 huge bags of candy to leave out. I’m planning on bringing a small Christmas tree so we can all hang our own personal ornaments :)
I am really looking forward to the holidays this year. Christmas and Nochebuena in our family will have the whole group of us together at our place. It will be a magical time with six grandchildren and another on the way.I have already started on gift buying and have books and toys for all the kids.
