Turn Psycho Killer into a drinking game with Bloody Mary!

Last year I found a card game that quickly become a favorite in our household, that game was called Psycho Killer by Escape Tabletop Games. I did a review on the base game which can be found by clicking HERE. We also did a review on two expansion packs that come with the game, that review can be found HERE. Now I am going to share another of their expansion packs with you that takes the base game and turns it into a fun drinking game for you & your friends. The game can get a little intense and will create a lot of laughs along the way!

The name of the expansion pack is "Blood Mary" which is quite fitting for it being a horror based game and a drinking game. You will need the base game in order to play with this expansion pack otherwise it won't work, the base game cost $29 and this expansion cost $14.95. The base game is recommended for ages 13+ for 2-6 players, however it depends on the parent, my son is nine and he loves playing this game with us. We have also played with more than six people at a time by playing with the base game and mixing in the other two expansion packs at the same time. For Bloody Mary, you can choose to play it strictly as a drinking game or you can come up with another way to play it if you aren't a drinker such as eating candies or drinking a normal drink.

Bloody Mary will replace some of the cards in the base game so be sure to check the rules & instructions before playing. The Psycho's will be replaced with Bloody Mary and a few of the other cards will be swapped as well to turn it into the drinking game version.

Some of the new cards in this edition include "Book of the braindead" which tells you to finish your drink in order to be able to pick up a card from the discard pile. "The Priest!" This is a fun one, it states "Each time you make the sign of the cross, the last player to copy you must take a drink". This is the first card where the other players really need to be paying attention after it is played so it adds an extra layer of intensity to the game. As you can tell with the right combination of cards you can get buzzed pretty quickly playing this game and it adds a new twist to party games. Like they always say in alcohol commercials drink responsibly, and have fun while playing the game!!

2/4 Foxy Designs Giveaway & Review!

**This was not a paid post. My honest opinions were used, they are solely my own & they may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by 2/4 Foxy Designs for the review & giveaway free of charge.**

My kids love being outside as much as possible and we enjoy camping when ever we can, to make the best of being outdoors we do an assortment of activities, boating, hiking, etc but we also like playing outdoor games so I was very excited to be receiving a Yardzee lawn game set from 2/4 Foxy Designs. Yardzee is a extra large dice game that is stored inside of a bucket.

This set of Yardzee is inspired by the classic game of Yahtzee and is played the same way, not only can you play Yardzee but there is also a score card and rules for a game called Farkle which I've never played. Each dice is created by cutting down a 2x4 piece of wood, everything is sanded and the edges are rounded off. The circles for the numbers are burned onto the dice then it is coated in two coats of poly to protect the wood and the numbers from the elements.

The dice are big they measure 3.5" x 3.5" so you won't be able to roll them by hand, instead you can use the bucket to shake them up and then roll them out into the yard. I suggest using a surface that is mostly flat to help the dice be able to roll and land properly. The bucket also contains laminated instructions for both games, a dry erase marker and a laminated score card for each game, I love the it is laminated because it means I can use it over and over again without wasting paper. Since each set is handmade no two sets will be exactly alike since all of the wood used will vary from the next section of wood used which means you will get a completely unique game set. Because everything is sanded and coated in poly there is no chance you'll get any splinters and it helps prevent the wood from drying out and cracking. The bucket has a handle on it which makes this game easy to transport, and it doesn't take up a ton of room to store it on the porch, in the garage or to take in the car which is nice because we need all the room we can get when we go camping since my car doesn't have a ton of trunk space.

We had a lot of fun playing this game, the smaller kids needed a little help with the bucket but they didn't seem to mind because they were having a great time. This is perfect for camping, BBQ's or just a random game of Yardzee in the backyard since it is great year round. Each set sells for $60 and the buckets come in a variety of colors along with a selection of colors for the wording vinyl, plus they offer customization on the buckets so you can get your family name, business name, etc added onto the bucket.

A website called 13 Deals offers a number of daily and weekly deals on a number of products which change weekly, some products are up to 79% retail price. I was recently able to do a review with 13 Deals and was able to pick out two deals from the site I wanted to test out, I choose the Remote controlled moon with light-up lunar phases and How to Train your Dragon 2 sheep launcher game by pressman.

Their customer service is fast and friendly just like their shipping speeds! The Moon was listed as $19.99 and the Game was listed for $8.99 which were both cheaper than I was able to find anywhere else. Both products are well made, fun to use and would make wonderful Christmas or birthday presents, my kids wanted to play the sheep launcher game as soon as I opened the box and we all had a blast even my two year old was able to play. The moon is also really neat and made me jealous I didn't have one when I was a kid! Wonder Forge Review!

My daughter is at an age where she can now understand & enjoy board games the only down side is our board game selection is limited so when I was offered a chance to work with a fantastic company called Wonder Forge I couldn't refuse.

I was recently sent The Enchanted Cupcake Party Game & The Dazzling Princess Game which are perfect for the age range of 3-5 years old. The Dazzling Princess Game gives your little girl the chance to celebrate her favorite princesses and collect sparkling jewels to decorate the bracelet, ring, and tiara included. This is a fun fantasy-filled dress-up game which all little girls will love to play. There is enough in this game for four girls to play at one time & offers half an hour to two hours of game play depending on how concentrated they are when they play. I personally think this game is adorable, but I do have to mention that is has some smaller pieces so I would make sure the girls play in a clean area where the pieces will be easy to pick up. The Dazzling Princess Game retails for $19.99. The next game we played was The Enchanted Cupcake Party Game "You’re invited to a cupcake party with all your favorite princesses! Work together to make as many cupcakes as you can before it’s time for the party. Follow the recipe cards to pick the perfect fancy liner, frosting, and topper. Each cupcake creation is fit for a princess in this sweet game of matching and sharing." I think this is a fun and interactive game to play with your little girl each time you pick a card you build your cupcake(s) based on the color or item on the card,By the end of the game you can have some pretty funny looking creations. The cupcake game is perfect for two players or more if you choose,My daughter loves playing this game, This game retails for $16.99. My daughter & I have enjoyed playing the games we received from Wonder Forge and have played/purchased some of their games in the past my local Target carries them so we always have them close for when were looking for a new game.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. I Like Book Giveaway!

Having something special to share with your significant other or child is Important & everyone should have a special ritual or routine they do with that special person. One of my personal favorite things to keep connected is the I Like Book. What is an I Like Book? It is a journal that is full of lined pages along with some photos spaced through out the book,Depending on the book you have you would write something you Like about the person the book belongs to every day showing them everything you love about them.

I personally have tried the "I Like Couples Book" with my husband and it was quite fun, heart warming and over all a favorite part of the day I would write a little something and then he would write a little something, Examples are "I like the way you play with my hair while we watch movies","I like the way you laugh" and many more,Sadly we lost our copy during a move but I have been wanting to get a new one since,I am very happy to say The I Like Book has contacted me and I will be hosting a giveaway for one of my lucky readers. The I like book offers a book for Couples,Kids or Women each have their own set of pictures, activities and more such as Tic Tac Toe! The books retail for $19.95 and since you only write one like a day [Per person,or per parent] the book will last you for quite some time to come. This would make a great holiday present or stocking stuffer for someone you know and love. ****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The opinions are solely my own and may vary from others.Products were Provided by The I Like Book for the Giveaway free of charge****
