The last month really flew by! I hope you all had a good March. It was an interesting month for me, some good things happened and some not so great things. I am working to implement yoga back into my life. I've always been a yoga junkie, but the past few months have been really tough(no excuse, I know. And just when I need it the most)and I've fallen out of my routine. So, getting back to it! My mind and body have missed it.
As a Senior I am learning new teqniques for my Aging skin. Who says U Can't teach an old dog new tricks!

I do have fun plans coming up! I just bought my first house and am moving the end of this month. Very exciting!
The goal I set for myself is to lose another 10lbs in May. So far I am down 109lbs and would really like to lose these last 30lbs. So I am doing 10lbs per month for the next 3 months!
