Parragon Books Jan Book Box!

**This was not a paid post. My honest opinions were used, they are solely my own & they may vary from others. The products mentioned below have been provided by PaRragon for the review free of charge.**

One of my favorite days of the month is when I come home to find a purple package waiting for me with a capital P on it because that means our book buddy box for the month has arrived. This post will go over last months (January) box of books and the adventures they hold.

Walk With Me written by Margaret Wise Brown;  This is such an adorable book when it comes to both the story and illustrations. It is a rhyming bedtime story created to encourage sweet dreams of nature and they managed to create quite a charming story setting. The story is just long enough that it will keep your child's attention while reading it to them and with the cute creatures you will spot on the pages of the book they won't want to take their eyes off of it either. My children and I highly enjoy this book and plan on keeping it in our collection for many years to come. The retail value on this book is $9.99 usd.

Disney Princess Wipe-clean Activity Book; This book is great for road trips, doctor office visits, etc because it allows your child to do different drawing and puzzle activities over and over again. One of my favorite activities in this book is the page that asks you to draw Mrs. Potts from Beauty & The Beast, once finished you wipe it clean and create a tea pot design of your own. The pen included with this book is attached to the book via a string which helps keep the pen with the book because what good is the book without the erasable pen? Most of the activities in this book are fairly simple so I would suggest getting this book for a child that is on the younger side (3-6). The retail value on this book is $9.99 usd.

Disney Tangled The Series "The Dreamer In Me" ; Out of all the books we received in this months box, this book is my daughters favorite. This activity journal is great for older children and it offers a ton of hands on activities such as doodle pages, thought inspiring question pages, sticker pages and more. You will get 128 pages packed full of fun plus there is a slide lock pocket at the back of the book to store stickers, pens, etc to use with your journal which is nice because you won't have to go hunt down a pen to use. The plastic cover will help keep your journal protected from spills or food smudges. I am almost a little jealous with how nice this journal is, I wish they offered an adult version. I personally like the size of the book because it makes it easy to carry around with you on trips. The retail value of this book is $12.99 usd.

Disney Princess Mini Collectors Tin; A fun filled tin featuring a sixty-four page activity book, 20+ stickers and a sticker scene to keep your little princess entertained and all of it comes in a little storage tin that can be reused for a number of things. This is a cute little tin that would make a good Easter basket or Christmas stocking stuffer for the Disney lover in your life. The tin only measures about 6" x 4" so it is great for traveling and will fit right into your purse or back pack. My kids thought the sticker scene was pretty neat because it allows you to use your imagination to create what ever you'd like.

All of these books can be purchased on Amazon and all for under $10.

`omg I just love books!! I loved when the scholastic flyer came out and we would always make sure we bought a book, even if it was the 99c one!! They have a new idea out now, instead of a baby shower card, give a book as a gift and sign the book to the new baby and its a keeper for sure!!

How neat!! I love the books in lieu of a card! We did it for my baby shower with my son. It was lots of fun! He got some special books and it was wonderful.
