I have to admit that when I first received these I wasn't sure if my foot was going to be able to fit they appeared small but the tops are adjustable,after trying them on I found they fit my foot perfectly. I find this wedge to be comfortable,stays on my foot & I can wear them all day without worrying about the arch of my foot hurting they are everything I could have asked for in a shoe & more.

The price is a little more than I would pay for a shoe they are $179 a pair but seeing as they are made in Sweden & they are amazingly comfortable I think they are worth the price.
