It is time again for Fitness Friday! I can't believe it is friday already the days seem to be going by faster every day. The first one I decided to try out was their Strawberry Kiwi flavor,It tasted great & similar to one of my favorite Iced teas.Their cans say it is best to drink this product fifteen minutes before a work out or physical activity so I did just that, I can't say that I felt I was burning more calories during my workout but I did notice some differences such as having to use the bathroom more frequently. Everyone experiences weight loss differently but I do think that these drinks could lend a hand in helping you reach your goal,I did feel more energized & ready to work out once I drank the can of Celsius.
I thought the drinks tasted good & tasted what the flavors were supposed to be,My fiance on the other hand didn't really like them which left more for me to use before my workout sessions.Celsius is loaded with vitamins and good-for-you ingredients, such as Green Tea with EGCG, Ginger, Calcium, Chromium, B vitamins, and vitamin C, all of which work together to raise metabolism resulting in a sustained calorie burn while keeping you energized.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. Today I wanted to share a company with you called SPIBelt which stands for Small Personal Item Belt which is perfect for the gym,running,hiking,sporting events or even small trips out & about. For my recent review I was sent a Black SpiBelt, The SPIbelt is sleek, expandable, secure, and does not bounce. It can hold an iPhone, Droid, keys, cash, credit cards, identification and many other small personal items. SPIbelt won't ride or shift while running or participating in other vigorous activities. I personally like the size of the SPIBelt I received because it is not large enough that I feel like I am wearing a fanny pack but it is just big enough to hold the things I would need most cell phone,cash or cards,id & a small emergency kit. I plan on taking this with me to family summer events that way I can keep my giant purse at home & not have to worry about it getting in the way while still bringing my essentials.The belt arrived fast I was excited to get a chance to use it & test out how much it could hold I am very happy with my new SPIBelt & I am happy to have it to use when I go on camping trips,hikes & trips now.
