I recently received the chance to test out an item from a company called Sibu Beauty who was kind enough to send me one of their Sea Buckthorn balancing facial cleansers. One of my favorite things to do when I am stressed out or feeling sore is to take a Nice long hot bath either with a bath bomb or bath salts depending on my mood. I recently had the opportunity to work with a company called the San Francisco Bath Salt Company who sent me one of their Sleep Lavender Bath Salts along with a small sample sized bath salt. What is the benefit of their Lavender bath salts? It is a therapeutic bath salt for relaxation and promoting a good night's sleep,It also soothes muscle aches and pains.
I spend anywhere from 5-9 hours a day on my feet when I am at my day job so the day this arrived I was ready to jump in the bath & test it out. The packaged arrived fast & came with a little sample bath salt of another scent which I found to be thoughtful & a great way to gain returning customers. The product itself has a nice purple tint to it which can be seen above,& It has a wonderful smell that fills the bathroom when I use it.So far I have only tried a little handful at a time which helps me relax after a hard day but I would also like to try their Therapy Bath & Shower Salt suggestions they have on their website,To achieve the Shower salt you Take a small handful and massage gently onto wet skin to exfoliate your skin. Or, sprinkle a small amount onto the shower floor to cleanse your feet while making your bathroom smell wonderful & that is saying something because I normally do not like the smell of Lavender. Putting on the shower floor sounds wonderful to me! If the man in your life is anything like my Husband he refuses to use girly scented bath salts but the San Francisco Bath Salt Company has a solution for that they carry a selection for men & a selection of children's bath salts so they have something for everyone & salts to help with various pains,skin issues,ect. I have enjoyed working with this company their bath salts are both useful & effective I plan on heading back to their store to try other scents once my Lavender bath salt is gone. The first product I tested out was the Fizzie Foot Soak right away when you open the draw string bag comes in you get a nose full of peppermint,the products are strong so I made sure to only use a little bit of the Fizzie Soak.The soak is true to its name as soon as the powder touched the water it began making a fizzy sound & foaming.My opinion on the product? It felt amazing to soak my feet & it gave me a very neat sensation my foot would go from being into the hot water to touching the cooler air which then made my feet feel icy [In the good way] I also used the washcloth & Pumice/Foot Brush on my feet everything smelled great,my feet felt amazing & looked great when I was done. I plan to use the foot powder in my work shoes standing on my feet for 5-8 hours a day doesn't always leave my shoes in the best condition so I think the foot powder will work nicely.Shipping from the company was fast & I have enjoyed each product included in the Cooling Foot Care Kit I would recommend this product to anyone who likes taking care of their feet,could use a relaxing day getting your feet pampered or simply like bath/body products.The best part of the Cooling Foot Care Kit is that the kit only cost $13 a price that can't be beat.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. One of my favorite things is Bath products I love sugar scrubs,body scrubs,Bath bombs & Soaps so when I found out about Kristine's Shower Inc. & seen how great everything looked I was excited to get the chance to work with her on not only a review but a giveaway.
For my review I was sent a Bath bomb,a soap,a Aloe Vera Body Whip & A Shea butter body frosting sugar scrub. Having tried out dozens of different bath products I am used to the same types of smells,textured,ect but when I opened up & smelled each item I received from Kristine's Shower Inc. I was in scent heaven. My favorite item I received was the Shea butter body frosting sugar scrub in the scent Cherry Berry the smell is delicious,The product works amazing helping remove dead skin you may have on your body,Though I suggest not rubbing too hard if your using it on your face.The bath bomb was also fantastic it smelled great,dissolved fast,fizzed nicely & made my skin feel lovely in combination with the Cherry Berry Sugar scrub I didn't want to leave the bath tub.These products are nice for creating a relaxing bath night to yourself,We all need them after a stressful day,week or even month. Kristine's Shower Inc. has been making Quality products since 2002 & I can tell you that these products are Amazing, My skin was left feeling soft,smooth,clean & most of all I smelled great. The products also had great coloring to them it was almost a shame to use them but they are too fantastic not to use. I think that her prices are fantastic you can get a Six pack of bath bombs for $11.49 compared to other companies this is a steal. I will be coming back to this site for more bath bombs & sugar scrubs. I am part of the Carmex Blog Squad which means I get to test out a bunch of their new products,Recently I was sent their new Carmex Healing Lotion & Healing Cream collection.Due to having dry patches of skin various places on my body I love lotion but not all lotion is made the same. I was sent the Carmex Healing Lotion - Aloe with Vitamin E & Carmex Healing Cream with nine healing ingredients. My favorite is the Healing cream it helps moisturize my skin & doesn't seep completely into the skin right away so it lasts I also love the smell of it my mother was also a big fan of the smell so I let her keep the smaller bottle I was sent. I personally love Carmex products & I am thankful to be on their blog squad in fact I am using their Vanilla lip balm as we speak it helps keep my lips smooth & moisturized.
