If you live near the Phoenix area & love sushi, then you need to check out Sakura Sushi. They have regular dine in options, but they also offer all you can eat sushi! The one we visited is located at 4747 E. Elliot Road STE 6 Phoenix, Arizona 85044 and they also have a location in Mesa. We visited for dinner several weeks ago & we quite enjoyed our visit. For lunch it is $18.99 and does not include the sashimi, dinner is $28.99 and sashimi is allowed to be ordered during dinner hours. Drinks are not included in either price, drinks can be slightly pricey so if you aren't planning on drinking a lot during your meal or have a larger party with a budget then I would go with water. You have a two hour time period to be in the restaurant one you arrive & start ordering, you might think they move a little slowly so that it limits how much you can eat during your two hours but they actually get dishes out to your table pretty quickly.
They have a wide range of sushi & non-sushi dishes on the all you can eat menu and it even has desserts on it! For some of the non-sushi options you can get rice, tempura veggies, soup, egg rolls and more. Sushi wise they have a large selection to choose from and you can decide if you want a whole roll (it will tell you how many pieces it comes with) or a hand roll. I have never ordered sushi as a hand roll before, so I thought it was a piece or two of a normal roll but it is actually a pretty decent sized roll that looks like a mini bouquet and is actually pretty filling. The rolls in the all you can eat menu also aren't packed with just rice with a little bit of fillings, I would say the ingredients are pretty evenly distributed within the rolls. Here is a look at just the selection of sushi you can order:
Not all of the options tell you what is in the rolls so if you aren't sure they have a little QR code on the menu that you can scan to get more information or you can use your phone to search what is traditionally inside of the roll so that you don't end up with something you do not like. If you order a ton of food & end up only eating half of it they do have a rule that if you have an excess of left over food that is wasted you will be charged an additional fee so don't let your eyes out rule your stomach! You can place an order multiple times during your time slot so don't feel rushed to order everything at once, you can order a few things at a time so that you won't over order.
The staff were not only quick with picking up & bringing out orders, but there were also staff members constantly going around collecting empty/dirty dishes from tables and keeping an eye out for anyone who needed a drink refill. On the night we went everything was delicious, we went as a group of six and we each have different things we prefer and like food wise, but we were all happy with what they had to offer for each of us and we all left full and happy. Based off of other reviews on google/yelp, it all depends on which chefs are working that night, just like any restaurant you might run into a night when the food might not be as good but in our experience it was great. Two of my family members also went a second time about two weeks after our first visit and they enjoyed it that night as well. It is a great spot to stop if you are craving sushi.

All you can eat sushi ... they would regret their life choice if my daughter got into this place. It looks delicious!
Yes! I would put them out of business. It all looks so good.
omg give me all this delicious sushi! By far my favorite cuisine....I would love to try this restaurant out, everything looks amazing.
Sounds like the perfect spot for a sushi lover like me. Can't wait to try out their all-you-can-eat menu; those hand rolls sound intriguing!
My husband and daughter would love this, as they do like sushi. I would be happy to try their non sushi offerings. Never heard of an all you can eat sushi before
Thanks for the detailed review! Sakura Sushi sounds like a fantastic spot for sushi lovers in Phoenix. The all-you-can-eat option at reasonable prices is very tempting, and it's good to know that the service is quick despite the two-hour time limit. I'll definitely keep your tip about the drinks in mind and probably opt for water. Can't wait to try it out!
I need to take my daughter there! That sounds like a wonderful place to explore a lot of sushi options and find your favorites. Thanks for sharing!
My daughters and I all love sushi. It sounds like theirs is really yummy and that they have a varied selection to choose from. Sounds like a lovely restaurant to visit when we get a chance.
I could eat sushi every day honestly. It is one of my favorite dishes and I love that they have options for those who don't like consuming raw fish. Sounds like a fantastic restaurant.
I've done a similar all you can eat sushi place near me and it was great as I was able to try loads of things I wouldn't have usually tried. This looks like a lovely restaurant x
I love all you can eat places, but when I have gone to sushi locations, the staff has always been so slow! Great to hear this place is good and the staff are fast.
This place looks like a must-try! I've actually only had california rolls when it comes to sushi, so I would lvoe to do a deep dive into the sushi world to see what I do and don't like! So glad you enjoyed it, thanks for sharing! -AJ
Everything looks so yummy and delicious. I can’t wait to visit this place to eat some yummy food.
This sounds awesome! I've always wanted to go to an all-you-can-eat sushi place. I would love to try this out.
