One of my favorite places to find Unique products made by wonderful people is Etsy & one of my favorite handmade shops is called The Laughing Vixen Lounge who sells a variety of Bracelets,Necklaces,Pendants & More. For a recent review I received one of her Supernatural Protection Charm Bracelet, Supernatural is one of my favorite TV series to watch so I was more than happy to have a bracelet like the one worn by Mary Winchester [campbell] in the episode "In the Beginning" You can see the bracelet below:



The bracelet is well made and is the perfect length,The moment it arrived it became one of my favorite pieces of jewelry in my collection.The bracelet features 6 silver charms which are as follows: Ankh - Egyptian representing life,Celtic Knot - Endless or uninterrupted. No beginning or end and a timeless nature of spirit,Six Pointed Star - Used in many religions and has many meanings,Cross - Christian symbol:Belief in and protection by God,Pentagram - Protection from Evil,Eye of Horus/Ra - Egyptian protection from harm. The bracelet is light weight easy to put on by yourself, I have had bracelets in the past that leave small knicks,pull arm hair & snag on almost everything your arm comes into contact with this bracelet doesn't do any of those which makes me quite happy. The best part about the Laughing Vixen Lounge is that everything can be customized if you want to add beads,charms,ect she can fix it for you. Roaring Spring Paper Giveaway & Review

I like to keep organized & part of that means keeping lists,notebooks,ect with Holiday plans,Birthday Ideas,Blog lists,Shopping lists & more. I was quite happy to come across a company called Roaring Spring Paper Products. Here is a little bit of information about the company from their website "In 1887 Daniel M. For a recent review I was sent a package containing the Genesis 1,3,and 5 subject notebooks along with three sets of Wide landscape legal pads. I was very happy to receive these since I am running out of notebooks here at home we use them for many purposes here & for school use as well. I love keeping one of the smaller Wide landscape legal pads in my desk & another in my purse I find they come in quite handy I use them for shopping list,Keeping shipping information & more such as information about certain programs,school numbers and To do lists. If I need to take a page out of one of the notebooks or off of the legal pad I can do so without having to worry about the paper ripping unevenly it simply tears right off with no problems. My favorite part of these products is that all of their products are made from Recycled Materials such as: recycled papers, sugarcane fiber paper, and poo papers. Roaring Spring offers dozen of products for both school & office uses having tested out their products I plan to use their company products for quite some time to come they are reliable,well made & eco friendly products that are great for the whole family. ****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. Eylure Review

I try to do my makeup often & on special occasions I like to wear fake eyelashes but there are a few things I dislike when it comes to fake lashes which are as follows 1.) Makes my eyelid feel heavy/weighed down 2.) The glue usually smells like a retirement home 3.) Glue doesn't dry properly. With that being said I am always on the look out for a company that sells lashes that are up to my standards so when I received the chance to work with a company called Eylure.Here is a little bit about them from their website Eylure lashes were first developed by a partnership of makeup artists and costume designers, David and Eric Aylott, who began making lashes as well as wigs, beards and mustaches for some of the biggest names in the film industry. Their Eylure lashes proved popular with some many Hollywood leading ladies such as Marlene Dietrich, Joan Collins, Ingrid Berman, Sophia Loren and Elizabeth Taylor, famously creating her legendary look as Cleopatra.



I was recently sent four sets of lashes to test out in different lengths & thicknesses, Each set of lashes comes with a small bottle of Adhesive. The first thing I noticed was the good quality of the lashes they didn't appear as "Fake" as other false lashes I have seen they looked like they would blend in perfect with my real lashes. When it came time to test out the lashes I was a little bit skeptical of how well their Adhesive lash glue would work since a majority of lash glues that come with fake lashes are pretty bad. I was very happy to find that the Adhesive had no smell,Had a slanted shaped applicator to make it easy to add to the lashes & dried fast/clear.In the photos below I used one of their smaller/thinner lashes to give a more natural look.

After the lashes were applied I could hardly tell they were their weight wise it felt like I was wearing nothing at all but it made my lashes look twice as thick as normal. I didn't have to add any extra glue or reposition the lashes at any time through the day they stayed perfectly in place & I did not have any issues with them. I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys using fake eyelashes they are the best lashes I have tried.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. I have been on the hunt for a new camera case that suits my needs & I am very happy to have found the perfect little bag to hold my camera,extra memory card,battery & charger. The shipping was fast,Customer service is friendly & their products are well made,built to last and have everything I want in a bag.

Dorcy GIVEAWAY & Review

After a bad storm we had about two to three weeks ago I have been thinking about steps to prepare for bad storms & natural disasters in the future. We experienced heavy rain,lightning/thunder and some mild wind which was we were perfectly fine inside watching TV until the power went out,Being her first time in a power outage my daughter started freaking out which is when I came to the horrible realization we had No flash lights in the house & only a few candles which were hard to find with only a cell phone light.

The Flashlight & Head light are both light weight the Spotlight is a bit heavier but would still be easy to carry around.



We were excited to try out our new flashlights & I can tell you that these lights are Bright we were actually surprised at how bright they were and how well they work. My favorite is the Lumen LED Spotlight it lights up our bedroom better than our actual lamp does & it covers a large amount of space I can't wait to take this with me camping. My daughter enjoys playing with the Glow sticks & the headlight she will run around at night with the headlight on which is an adorable site. After trying these products I would be more than willing to purchase more of their products & I plan on doing so in the near future. Dorcy offers a wide range of lights & lighting needs one of my personal favorites from their website is their Lumens 4D LED Twin Globe Lantern & their LED Motion Sensor Flood-Lite. All of the products they offer are offered at very reasonable prices and the products are worth it they work well,& will last a long time.
