April Beauty & The Book Giveaway!

Spring has sprung, and in some places summer has hit. In March I was finishing up a rather large project at work which ate away at my time and made the month fly by! Thankfully I have now finished that project so I will have more time again to start working on other things I'd like to advance in. There is so much I want to do and work on, but there never seems to be enough time in the day, anyone else ever feel that way?

It is a few days late, but who is ready for the April Beauty & The Book Giveaway? This month I have some fun brands included in the giveaway that I know a lot of people love such as EcoTools and Colourpop. Speaking of brands that people love, my birthday is coming up next month so to celebrate next month's Beauty & The Book Giveaway will have the theme "These are a few of my favorite things" I will be giving away a copy of one of my favorite books along with a collection of beauty products and more which all fun under the "I Love It" category. However that isn't for another few weeks so let's move onto the current giveaway you all came here for.

I enjoy buying new books, I am always on the look out for books that catch my interest so I can add them to my growing collection of books. This book "Finding Georgina" is outside the realm of books I normally go for, but it was intriguing enough I picked up a copy to read when I get the chance. I've read and watched a lot of cold cases and we've all seen stories about the miracle that happens when a kidnapped child is reconnected with their family years later, but have you ever wondered what that reunion might be like past the excitement of the family getting their child back? This is a story about a woman who finds her long lost child, and what both of them go through after the reconnection is made. This book has a four out of five star rating on Goodreads and it seems like it will be a captivating read.

Beauty product wise this months giveaway includes:

* EcoTools Facial Konjac Sponge
* ColourPop Blush Stick
* Jesse's Girl Purple Liquid Eyeliner
* Hard Candy Metal Glaze Shadow
* Elf Mini Palette
* Wet N Wild Catsuit Liquid Lipstick

Doing the Daily entries will increase your chance of winning. Winners have 72 hours to respond to the notification email! This giveaway is hosted by ME and is not associated with any of the brands mentioned above.

  1. Sounds like a great book. I'm sure it's a struggle once the child is home again. I want to read it.

    1. I always thought about how happy the parent/relatives would be finding the child again, but until I found this book I hadn't thought about everything that is involved with the reunion and how awkward and confusing it may be for the missing person who was returned.
