I like to color in my free time which some days is very little compared to others, during the time I've had this coloring book I've completed two whole pages. It seems like very little but the pages are pretty big and packed with a lot to color, if you do patterns such as the leaves I colored above it can take you longer than just coloring it in a single color. Coloring is over all relaxing and helps take my mind off of things like bills, and work.

To help relieve my stress levels, I usually take a break and go on a 20 minute brisk walk. Then, sit and relax with a cup of tea :)
During the summer...I head out to the garden! Such a great stress reliever! Winter months...I just go outside and walk around a bit....so peaceful!
